Tell us what happened. We will tell you where you stand.
ArcRedress works out your deadline from the law as it stands today, shows you the working, and drafts the letter that puts your case — quoting the rule it turns on, from a source you can open. You send it yourself.
What this does, and what it does not
- It reads dates, not feelings. The deadline comes from dated rules, and every one of them is shown with the provision it comes from.
- It quotes; it does not paraphrase. A letter that summarises a duty is easy to dismiss. A letter that quotes it is not.
- It will say when it cannot help. If the law it would need is not in front of it, it tells you and points you somewhere that can.
- It is not a solicitor. For free specialist SEND advice, IPSEA and your local SENDIASS are there, and always will be, whatever we do.
